The fat trap operates according to the law of gravity, i.e. water settles on the bottom of the container, while light substances, like fats and oils, come to the surface. Fats must be vacuumed, and water discharged into treatment plants or sewage collection networks.

The automatic sensor signal warns about the accumulated fat. When the appropriate levels are reached, the sensor notifies about the need to remove the accumulated fat. The fat layer cannot be more than 15 cm.
